These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mamba Basketball Academy website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service is operated by MAMBA BASKETBALL ACADEMY LTD, doing business as Mamba Basketball Academy ("Mamba Basketball Academy", "we", "us", or "our").

Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account, accessing the Service, booking training, submitting payment information, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who May Use The Service

The Service is designed for parents or guardians, coaches, academy staff, and administrators who participate in or manage Mamba Basketball Academy programs.

Parents or guardians may create and manage student profiles for their children. Children should not create accounts or use the Service without involvement and permission from a parent or guardian. Coaches and administrators may use the Service only if they are authorized by Mamba Basketball Academy.

You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws.

3. Accounts And Security

You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to:

  • provide accurate account information;
  • keep your login credentials secure;
  • notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission;
  • use only accounts and roles that you are authorized to use; and
  • keep parent, student, coach, and admin information current.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, has been compromised, violates these Terms, or creates operational, privacy, safety, or security risk.

4. Academy Services

Mamba Basketball Academy provides basketball training, scheduling, attendance, membership, communication, and academy operations services.

The Service may let parents or guardians:

  • create or manage student profiles;
  • view academy schedules;
  • book sessions or recurring training;
  • select membership or training plans;
  • report absences;
  • review attendance or performance information;
  • communicate with coaches or academy staff;
  • upload payment receipts; and
  • view payment history.

Coaches and administrators may use the Service to manage attendance, rosters, schedules, communications, memberships, payment review, and other academy operations.

5. Training, Scheduling, And Attendance

Training schedules, coach assignments, locations, and session availability may change due to operational needs, weather, facility constraints, safety concerns, holidays, or other circumstances.

Attendance, performance statistics, and progress information are provided for academy operations and training visibility. They are not medical, health, educational, or professional advice.

You are responsible for making sure that a student is fit to participate in physical activity and for telling the academy about relevant medical, safety, or supervision concerns before training.

6. Payments, Receipts, And Memberships

The Service may display membership plans, training packages, tuition amounts, payment instructions, payment history, and receipt review status.

Unless we add another payment method, payments are made outside the app by manual bank transfer or another academy-approved payment method. The Service may ask you to upload a payment receipt so academy administrators can review and approve the payment.

You agree that:

  • payment approval is not automatic;
  • memberships or training access may remain pending until payment is reviewed and approved;
  • uploaded receipts must be accurate and relate to the correct student, plan, and payment amount;
  • you should not upload unnecessary sensitive information beyond what is needed to confirm payment; and
  • payment, refund, credit, cancellation, and make-up class decisions are subject to Mamba Basketball Academy's published policies and any applicable law.

Training services, memberships, and packages are for in-person or academy-coordinated basketball services. They are not digital goods or digital content sold for use inside the app.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, And Credits

Refund, cancellation, make-up class, and training credit rules may depend on the plan purchased, academy policy, attendance history, operational constraints, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written policy or required by law:

  • missed sessions may not automatically qualify for a refund;
  • make-up sessions may depend on availability;
  • credits may be limited by membership type, expiration date, or academy schedule; and
  • approved refunds may be returned using the original payment method or another academy-approved method.

8. Communications

The Service may include direct chat, group chat, announcements, notifications, and messages between parents, coaches, students' families, and academy staff.

You agree to use communication features respectfully and only for academy-related purposes. You may not send content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, misleading, unlawful, spam, or unrelated to academy operations.

We may review, restrict, remove, archive, or preserve communications when needed for safety, moderation, support, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or academy operations.

9. User Content

"User Content" means information, messages, photos, videos, payment receipts, profile images, and other content you submit through the Service.

You keep ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Mamba Basketball Academy a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, share, and use that content as needed to operate the Service, provide academy services, communicate with users, review payments, manage training, document attendance or highlights, enforce policies, and comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content, including permission from a parent or guardian when content relates to a child or student.

You may not submit User Content that:

  • violates another person's privacy, safety, or rights;
  • includes content you do not have permission to share;
  • is false, misleading, or fraudulent;
  • contains malware or harmful code;
  • is sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening; or
  • is unrelated to the academy services.

We may remove or restrict User Content at our discretion.

10. Photos, Videos, And Student Highlights

The Service may include profile images, student photos, training photos, videos, and highlight albums. Visibility may depend on account role, student relationship, album settings, and academy permissions.

If you upload or approve media involving a student, you represent that you have the right to do so. If you want media involving you or your child removed or reviewed, contact us at admin@mamba.com.vn.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • access or attempt to access another person's account without permission;
  • use another user's personal information for unauthorized purposes;
  • interfere with the Service or attempt to bypass security controls;
  • scrape, copy, resell, or misuse academy data;
  • impersonate another person or organization;
  • submit false payment, attendance, student, or profile information;
  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; or
  • encourage anyone else to violate these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, app distribution, email, analytics, or other operations. Examples may include Supabase, Apple, Google, app stores, and other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

14. Service Availability And Changes

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or change any part of the Service at any time. We may also update features, pricing displays, plan availability, supported devices, or operational workflows.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

16. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamba Basketball Academy and its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, service interruption, or unauthorized access, arising from or related to the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Mamba Basketball Academy for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mamba Basketball Academy and its owners, employees, coaches, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

18. Account Suspension Or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we believe:

  • you violated these Terms;
  • account access is unauthorized or insecure;
  • your use creates safety, privacy, security, legal, or operational risk;
  • payment information is fraudulent or disputed; or
  • suspension is needed to protect users, students, staff, or the academy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, contact admin@mamba.com.vn or use the account deletion option available in the app. Account deletion removes login access and personal app profile data, but Mamba Basketball Academy may retain billing, payment, receipt, refund, dispute, safety, or legal records when retention is required or permitted.

19. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [INSERT JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us first at admin@mamba.com.vn so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

20. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice through the Service, website, email, or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
