Unless we separately add an in-app payment processor, payments are completed outside the app through manual bank transfer or another academy-approved method. We do not ask for full payment card numbers or online banking passwords in the app.

Parents or guardians may provide student information so the academy can deliver training, manage memberships, track attendance, coordinate scheduling, and communicate about academy services.

If you are a parent or guardian and want to review, correct, delete, or restrict information about your child, contact us at admin@mamba.com.vn. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the student before completing the request.

If we learn that a child has created an account or submitted personal information without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information.

After deletion, account access and personal app profile data are removed. We may retain limited billing, payment, receipt, refund, dispute, safety, or legal records when needed for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate academy recordkeeping purposes.

We may send service-related communications, such as account, schedule, payment, attendance, security, or policy updates.

If we send promotional communications, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Even if you opt out of promotional messages, we may still send service-related messages.
